Information

How to Order
Call us: 888-647-3720 (toll free) or fax us at 1-501-636-4843 , or email us at Charles@artmdesign.com to place an order or get information. Include your name, shipping address, phone number, and all engraving instructions. We cannot accept any engraving over the phone. All engraving is guaranteed to be accurate provided it is sent to us via email or clear readable fax. If we make a mistake in the engraving that is taken by email or fax, we will redo it at no charge to you. If the mistake is yours, we will redo it, however you will be charged for new engraving material as well as the engraving.

Payment
We accept payment by personal check, cashier's check or money order, to be sent to us with item to be engraved and a copy of the estimate we sent you. Shipping charges must be added to engraving estimate.

Shipping Your Order
We ship by UPS or Priority Mail unless otherwise requested by the customer. Priority is usually 3 days to you after it leaves our shop. We charge actual shipping charges. If you are requesting a quote on shipping charges at the beginning of the transaction, we can only give you a rough estimate. We will do our best to quote accurately, however, if the shipping charges are over the amount quoted, the actual charges is what you will be charged.

Your Special Items
We ship by UPS or Priority Mail and while few items are ever lost in shipping, there is always that chance. Be sure to insure your package. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail by the US post office.

Precautions
Please do not send your engraving until you have carefully checked the spelling. Engraving taken over the phone can be misunderstood, and is NOT guaranteed to be accurate. We require all orders to be put in writing (email or fax). Please put all instructions in a fax or letter and send it to us. Also, please do not consider your order finalized until you have received a confirmation from us. Make sure we receive your engraving instructions. Insure your package to make sure we get it. We want to make sure you are happy with your engraved item.
